This commission
entailed a full service contract to design and build a new
replacement facility for a premier OEM fabricator of medical
devices. The basic components of the facility include a
35,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility with critically
controlled environments (CLASS 10,000 & 100,000). The
facility also includes engineering, administrative, and
manufacturing offices, a technical library, training suite,
an employee dining commons and other amenities.
Precision Medical Products
received the 2005 AIA Eastern Pennsylvania Design Award.
