Development of a long
range master site plan and building program of expansion of
diagnostic and testing laboratory spaces supporting the
pharmaceutical industry. There are three phases of the
program - 3 story components of 50,000 square feet each. All
three phases are interconnected by a pedestrian "spine" that
connects to the existing laboratory via an over highway
pedestrian bridge.
The first of three phases of construction was completed in
1999. The new phase II, 50,000 square foot addition will
accommodate new laboratory, conference, office, mechanical
and support spaces, as well as the new corporate "front
door" entrance.
